Itinerary
Bangalore to Kudremukha
Travel from Bangalore to Kurinjal Base Camp
- •Start your journey from Bengaluru to Kalasa. You will travel in comfortable, private non-AC transportation at 8:00 PM, with convenient pick-up points throughout the city.
- •Pickup from multiple points in the city
- •Once everyone is on board, the trek leads will make you participate in some activities to get over the residual office thoughts. The fun sessions involve Small icebreaker sessions to get to know your fellow travellers. Of course, even after doing all that, we know how important sleep is for you to enjoy the trip, so consider that taken care of.
Day 1: Trek to Kurinjal Trek
Full day trek through diverse landscapes to reach the summit
- •Reach the Samse early in the morning and take a jeep ride to reach the homestay. Reach homestay freshen-up and have breakfast
- •Get ready to start the trek and Leave all your luggage at the homestay. Carry only water bottles. packed lunch and snacks if needed.
- •Start trek through dense forests and grasslands
- •Head to the Kurinjal trek start point and you will receive a briefing about the Kurinjal trek and participate in a short warm-up session.
- •Trek through one of the beautiful and serene routes in the western ghats to reach the peak of Kurinjal.
- •Enjoy the water streams and waterfalls on the way to the Kurinjal peak. Reach the peak and have a packed lunch with a beautiful view
- •After soaking in the views and capturing some photos, start your descending.
- •Reach the homestay stay freshen up and enjoy the tea-snacks
- •Have an authentic hot dinner, enjoy a firecamp and take a sound sleep in the lap of nature.
Day 2: Return to Bangalore
Leisurely morning before returning to Bangalore
- •Wake up to the sounds of nature quite early in the morning and Freshen up and have breakfast
- •Head to the Samse tea estate/Hanging bridge and Belur Temple
- •Lunch at a popular Hassan restaurant (Self Sponsored)
- •Depart for Bangalore taking a bag full of wonderful memories with us
- •You will return to Bangalore between 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM
